FIG's share capital

FIG is a non-profit cooperative with a capitalization of US $ 2.4 million. The value of each FIG share is CHF 1,200 (US $ 950).

All investors hold one vote in FIG's general assembly regardless of the number of shares downed. Thus, FIG's smallest partners, often representing organizations from the developing world, have an equal say in FIG's strategic decision-making. FIG's commitment to equality and inclusiveness is a key aspect of its identity and success.

Back-to-back guarantees

Apart from FIG's equity, the working capital is also composed of back-to-back guarantees. Currently, the Michelham Foundation and RAFAD Foundation are providing back-to-back guarantees amounting to US $ 560,000 and US $ 178,118, respectively. This yields a total working capital of US $ 3.2 million.
